AS Photography

Hey, 

I'm going to do a quick post (short on time today), I got some good news today which made getting up early well worth it. I got my AS-level photography results in which I had to do a landscape, portrait, light and movement and inspired photo's aswell as my personal project which I chose as fashion photography I had to chose some photographers who inspired my work my favourite one is Mario Testino who photographed the Burberry advertisement that Emma Watson featured in. I will do a whole post on my favourite fashion photographers and show some of their work another time. For my whole project I managed to gain 100% for coursework and exam this resulted in an A* now I need to get working on next years project :)

Summer is here

Hey,

So summer's here! Meaning I can get out of my jeans and put on my skirts and dresses the only problem is due to the weather last year I decided against buying many new summer clothes.

So the trend this summer I believe to be prints including floral which look great on summer dresses. The double denim look I haven't adopted but I have seen many denim outfits that work pretty well. I particularly like a light denim shirt paired with dark shorts for a good summer look.

I am going back to continue with my A-levels and I am going to be looking at whether people are using the summer trends that have been predicted or whether they are just wearing relaxed T-shirt and shorts.

Glastonbury Fashion

Hey,

Anyone in the UK would probably be familiar with the music festival Glastonbury which took place this weekend and a big part of glasto besides the music acts and camping is the fashion that is seen there. Festival fashion commonly consists of Wellington boots and shorts this year although wellies were not needed due to the dry weather shorts were seen the most essential fashion trend.

Many Celebrities attended that were not performing such as the usual Kate Moss, Kate Hudson supporting her new boyfriend Muse front man, Matthew Bellamy, others consist of Alexa Chung, Sienna Millar and Emma Watson. 

The Harry Potter star sported a Louis Vuitton corset top, paired with roll-up denim shorts and knee high boots. 

My favourite outfit seen on stage over the weekend would of had to of been Kylie Minogue's; she was Scissor Sister's surprise guest and performed "Any Which Way" with them. Minogue wore a sheer black leotard with conveniently placed lace flowers joined with thigh high mirrorball boots, and a flowing sheer cape. What more could we expected from the gorgeous Kylie :)

First Post

Hey,

This is my first ever post on my first ever blog which is pretty exciting! I'm hoping to blog about anything to do with fashion, the clothes on the highstreet, next designer clothes and fashion shows and even the celebrity influence. I may even talk about some of my fashion photography work which i am just beginning  :)
